This tour will make you visit two contries of Balkans: Albania and Montenegro.
But why is united the visit of two states?Montenegro or better the bordering part with the nord of Albania was part of the “Big Albania” called from western, different from the definition of etnic Albania. The visit to Saint Stefan is feasible but not optimal in our opinion both for the time allowed for the visit, both for the excessive cost and for the number of cadenced participants. In case you want to consider it we are at your disposal.
The visits are not difficult and demanding, they are quiet and affordable for everyone, but being the ground often in cobblestone and / or in stone sometimes uneven and up and down serves especially to pay attention in walking.

The Monastery of the Nativity of the Theotokos in Ardenica or simply Ardenica Monastery (Manastiri Lindja e Hyjlindëses Mari) is an Eastern Orthodox monastery, distant ten kilometers north of Fier, Albania, along the national road that links Fier to Lushnjë. Built by Byzantine Emperor, Andronikos II Palaiologos in 1282 after the victory against the Angevins in the Siege of Berat, the monastery is famous as the place where, in 1451, was celebrated the marriage of Skanderbeg, the national hero of Albania, with Andronika Arianiti. The Byzantine Emperor, Andronikos II Palaiologos started building the monastery in 1282 but the scholars claim that the chapel of Saint Trinity was already there, erected centuries before. A pagan temple, dedicated to Artemis had existed on the site before the chapel, and it is thought that the name of Ardenica stems from ArtemisRead more
